1, Insert rebar. Being with the swinging arm at the 12 o’clock position (stationary arm at 6 o’clock).

2, Length adjustment to the correct size where you want to bend.

3, Angle adjustment. 

4, Bend stirrup, until you reach the angle adjustment stop.

5, Repeat it until you have your desired stirrup.
