Return and Refund Policy
EZ-Tools USA, LLC has a 30-days refund policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase just contact us within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund or a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in it’s original packaging and must be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase showing date and type of purchase. Customer is responsible for all related shipping cost. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Defective Products and Returns due to our Error:

If there was a mistake done by us with your order or your product arrived defective or damaged at the time of receipt, please make sure to contact us right away (or must be within 30 days of your receipt of the item) and we will make it right by:

  • Sending you replacement parts or accessories
  • Replacing the product
  • Issue a refund
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping
  • If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ez-tools.us. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ez-tools.us and send your item to: EZ-Tools USA LLC., 1275 Bloomfield Ave. Ste.5. Unit 26/B., Fairfield, NJ, 07004. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should ship your purchased item to: EZ-Tools USA LLC., 1275 Bloomfield Ave. Ste.5. Unit 26/B., Fairfield NJ 07004 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except if you are returning a defective product or your order was incorrectly processed by us). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

EZ-Tools USA, LLC – One (1) Year Limited Warranty

In addition to our 30-days refund policy, items sold by EZ-Tools USA, LLC include a ONE (1) year Limited Warranty. Products direcly purchased from EZ-Tools USA, LLC are warranted aginst defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) Year form the date of original purchase (’Warranty Period”) when used in accordance with the product’s user manual. Under this Warranty, EZ-Tools USA, LLC will

  1. Repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in permormance and rliability
  2. Or if product cannot be repaired, will exchange it with a product with equvalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in perfomance and reliability
  3. Or refund the original purchase price

This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts of products such as seals or blades unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmaship. This warranty also excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.  

Any limitations of liability in this warranty document shall not apply to (i) death or personal injury pursuant to any mandatory law on product liability; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) intentional misconduct or gross negligence; (iv) or a culpable breach of major contractual obligations.  A damages claim based on a breach of major contractual obligations or gross negligence will be limited to foreseeable damage typical for the sale contract concerned.

Proof of purchase may be required to verfity eligibility.
